April 2025
/Happy (Almost) Spring, NNT!
As the weather starts to turn, we're excited to welcome back some of our favorite springtime NNT events. A big thank you to everyone who braved the cold to join us for the annual egg hunt—it was a blast!
Spring Fling
Get ready to party like it’s 1989! This year’s Spring Fling is going Back to the 80s and will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 6–9 PM at the Kingsbury Club, out on the new platform tennis patio. Tease your hair, dust off that neon workout gear, and get ready to dance!
Need childcare? The Kingsbury Club childcare program will be available. Children not on a family membership can still join for a small fee—reach out early to secure a spot!
Annual Meeting & Speaker Series
May also brings our New ‘n Towne Annual Meeting and Speaker Series, an important opportunity to connect, hear from community leaders, and vote in next year’s board.
Join us at 7th Wave Brewing—open to all members!
This year’s speakers include:
Jeffrey Marsden, Superintendent of Medfield Public Schools
Michelle Kirby, Chair of the Medfield School Committee and former NNT President
Meg Foley & Kim Crow, Co-Chairs of the Medfield Foundation Angel Run
Touch-A-Truck is Back!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17th—our biggest fundraiser of the year returns! Thanks to our amazing fundraising chairs, this year’s Touch-A-Truck will feature a fantastic lineup: construction vehicles, emergency vehicles, a garbage truck, food trucks (tacos & BBQ!), an ice cream truck, and even face painting!
This event is open to the entire community and surrounding towns, so spread the word and bring your friends!
A Heartfelt Thank You
Finally, I want to extend a huge thank you to this year’s board members and activity chairs. We’ve had a fantastic year full of memorable events—all made possible by your time, energy, and heart. And a warm welcome to the many members joining the board next season—we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
Warmly,
Libby Eisenman
President, New ‘n Towne
